clean, quiet building

Pros

Very clean, quiet inside the apartment, nice management and great doormen / staff

Cons

would have been nice to have 24 hour access to amenities

Highly Recommend 160 Madison Avenue

Pros

160 Madison Avenue is a fantastic building. The units have floor to ceiling windows. The roof deck, gym and BBQ are all great amenities.

Cons

The ceiling was cracking and it was due to the foundation. The handyman quickly fixed the issue.
