The doormen are friendly, considerate and the staff that maintain the building are very responsive. The building is kept clean.
They’ve been working on the elevators for too long for how high up I live and they raise the rent exorbitant amounts.

Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts

Are thin walls a deal breaker here? I'm a light sleeper and pretty sensitive to noise.

I sleep with ear plugs every night and still can hear my neighbor above pounding the floor. Management allows short term “hotel” stays so people with massive dogs and animals are living here with no carpets to help with noise. If you are noise sensitive I would def NOT recommend honestly !! It’s a very old building and they allow anyone to stay. I have lost a lot of sleep this year.
