Near transportation- subways and busses.
Constantly tons of mice in the lobby at all hours. Water pressure was weak. Roof flooded sometimes into the building.
the building itself is lovely and the entry hall is generally clean
sometimes it took the super a while to come by; had numerous plumbing issues
