Just okay, good 1st yr apt

Pros

Despite being literally in Times Square, I had a pretty okay time here (lived there right when I got to NYC for 1 year). The doormen were all nice and I never experienced bugs or apartment issues. Felt safe and secure and laundry, gym all were nice

Cons

Did not have the best experience with the super, ESPECIALLY when moving in/moving out. Don’t get on his bad side. He quite literally made moving out a nightmare

Advice to the owners

For the price, not worth it unless with roommates.

Has anyone lived on the penthouse level? Has there been noise there as well due to construction? I WFH at least two days in a week and I am worried it would be a problem.
