Landlord lives on-site and is responsive to all requests, the building is located on a quiet block off of the avenues, and no pest issues at all
The building is all walk-up, and each unit is on its own individual heater, so the tenant does pay for heating gas, but other than that really cannot think of any issues I've had at all
