Get decent building manager, repair constantly breaking elevator, they’re saving you money with a disaster waiting to happen

Pros
Great door man and porters. Buildings are cleaned frequently. The location is great.
Cons
The elevator has issues constantly. There was a bed bug issue last fall that was handled very poorly and because of that the bugs spread throughout the building. A couple months ago a large portion of the building was without water for three days and didn't hear from management until the third day. There is a male tenet in the building who is mentally unwell. He's singled out an elderly woman in the building who he verbally abuses and tries to constantly intimidate. The police have been called on him and he has even trapped her in an elevator alone with him and he has yet to be evicted. The woman doesn't feel safe and management has yet to do anything significant to remedy the situation.
