Comfortable and quiet

Pros

I've lived here for about 3 years now. No complaints. Location is prime. Owner and super are responsible to issues. Quiet building, good friendly neighbors, trash doesn't pile up and is tended to quickly. No issues with pests.

Cons

Old building, had an issue with leaking in the bathroom from upstairs neighbor, but it was resolved quickly. Walls might be a bit thin, can hear upstairs neighbor when they play music too loud or talk too loud, normal New York stuff.

Advice to the owners

Would be nice to switch to electric payments.
