Pros

Nice super and staff. Clean and well kept. Nice neighbors. Great location.

Cons

The Akelius ticketing system isn’t reliable.

No complaints being here for 5+ years

Pros

Clean, well-maintained, quiet building which is constantly being improved. Feel lucky to live here. Any issues or necessary repairs that may disrupt day to day are communicated ahead of time and tenants are given notice.
