    Old building, Walk-up, Good location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location, near the E which is a game changer if you’re on the East side.
    Great views and light if you’re in a south facing unit.
    Exposed brick.
    Gelson the super is awesome and very responsive
    Cons:
    Exposed brick crumbling, left dust everywhere
    Plenty of roaches and centipedes in the summer
    Old building, has charm but needs updating
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe do some updates to the kitchens and bathrooms
