Great location, near the E which is a game changer if you’re on the East side. Great views and light if you’re in a south facing unit. Exposed brick. Gelson the super is awesome and very responsive
Exposed brick crumbling, left dust everywhere Plenty of roaches and centipedes in the summer Old building, has charm but needs updating
Maybe do some updates to the kitchens and bathrooms
