Quick to respond to any issues when they occur

Pros

Quick response times to maintenance Quiet building with lovely neighbors Washer/Dryer in building Elevator in building Communal spaces are well kept

Cons

When moving the unit was not cleaned and filled with tools and equipment Occasional maintenance needs (handles falling off) No ventilation in the bathroom

Advice to the owners

The garbage space is tiny for all of us and needs to be handled more than once a week.

Solid building, good super, responsive management.

Pros

Have had close to no issues in 2 years at this building. Super is nice and responsive, management is organized and answers questions and requests quickly. Not noisy.

Cons

Elevator could be better.

Advice to the owners

Not much! Maybe switch from coin to card laundry?
