Overpriced, but decent

Pros

Neighbors were generally kind. Nice area, even if it is a little boring. Hallways are well maintained.

Cons

Some neighbors complained about unavoidable noise (footsteps, washer running, etc). We went all of winter without having heat in our kitchen/ living room after letting the super know. They didn't do anything about it. Mold growing in shower where we couldn't fix and super did nothing

Advice to the owners

Don't raise rent by $600 dollars

Not a bad building but could use some improvements

Pros

Quiet location, lots of restaurants nearby, close to the subway, washer and dryer in unit

Cons

Found roaches a few times, small units, lots of stolen packages, noisy neighbors
