Outdated bathrooms and kitchens. The boiler is really loud and annoying and I have to have my AC on all year round because my apartment feels like a sauna. And the super yells at you when you need repairs, even if you’ve done nothing wrong.
Tell the super to treat people more kindly. And switch to electric heating.
