Mouse problem that never went away

Building staff were extremely nice and helpful. Apartment was spacious. Package room was convenient. Right next to the Q train entrance.
Cons
Lived there for 2 years and had a mouse problem almost the entire time. Maintenance came to fill the holes they were coming through multiple times, but they kept getting in. Also saw roaches too regularly for what was advertised as a luxury building. We moved when they raised our rent 19% ($800) and refused to negotiate. Almost 1 year later and the apartment is still empty.
Unfathomably Horrible Management
Pros
Door staff so friendly with nice neighbors
Cons
The management is manipulative, irrational, unprofessional, withholds information, takes no accountability and flat out lies about rent increases/apartment value to get their way, even when the market comps show otherwise.
Advice to the owners
Put a real manager in the “management office” to oversee the disgrace that’s currently the face of the building
