Lovely starter home

Pros

The super Robert is kind helpful, and quick to respond. The building is clean and well maintained, never seen a sign of bugs or mice. There is always hot water and the heat works well. Rent is paid securely and automatically through a portal every month.

Cons

The unit is pretty pricey for the size- it was smaller than I expected. If youre in a unit facing the back, don’t expect much sunlight- it’s right up against another building.

None!! Very clean building. At least we had no problem, and the laundry room first floor is clean. I saw one mouse the entire year and thats a pretty good record for NY
