Really great apartment
Pros
Never seen a mouse or a roach in my 3.5 years here, good-tasting tap water, good garbage management, really quiet neighbors. I’ve outgrown this apartment, so I have to move. But I’m lucky that my time here was stress-free.
Cons
The stairs are a bit dusty and the building’s appearance is not maintained very well, but this doesn’t matter much to me because I’ve always felt safe and clean living here.
Advice to the owners
I don’t have any advice!
