The landlord/super never answers the phone and only corresponds via email. Repairs are taking quite a while to get taken care of.

landlords will get back to you only if they feel like it, won’t solve your issues— just paint over them, and they’ll be condescending the entire time. garbage is kept in the lobby so it can be smelly af
Advice to the owners
answer emails and phone calls, fix the problem the right way the first time instead of taking shortcuts and you wouldn’t have to keep hearing from tenants, rework the garbage situation
