Great small building
Pros
These are some of the best buildings to rent from. the units span the entire floor so your only neighbors are below or above you. There are only 5 units (from what I remember) and we never had noisy/obnoxious neighbors. Management was responsive -the appliances in the unit are top notch.
Cons
It's not gas heat - so you're paying for electric heat. The central air (heat and AC) work well, but in the winter, double whatever you are used to paying con ed (sometimes triple.) Fred Douglas is a noisy street and you will hear street noise.
