stay away from Blue Star Properties

Pros

the super and the porter work hard and are nice people

Cons

Blue Star Properties is the management company and it is one of the worst. They tried to raise rent during COVID quarantine time for one and that's not even by far the worst.

Advice to the owners

Hire another management company. Maybe management company is the owner, in which case, be BETTER.
