Pros

Close to Columbia University, and lots of restaurants. Rooms except for the smallest are all quite spacious, high ceiling.

Cons

Lots of buildings on that block on 109th street are pest infested. Apartment had mice and cockroaches. This apartment has many bedrooms but just one bathroom, so a little crowded
