Nice but old

Pros

Huge rooms, nice layout, window on both side of the room, friendly staff

Cons

Gas has been out for almost 2 years, so there is only limited option for cooking. Building electrification/renovation process has been disruptive for WFH. Heater/AC combo is ancient and constantly leaking water

Advice to the owners

Modernize the heater/ac thing in each apartment
