decent apartment building

Pros:
The super and porter are very nice, the elevator works 99% of the time, the neighbors are generally very sweet, the building is pet friendly
Cons:
Landlord and property management are impossible to get ahold of, pest management is terrible
Advice to owner:
please communicate more with tenants and give some form of contact where we can immediately reach someone during business hours
