- Close to trains - Good light for units facing Broadway - Rent stabilized - Elevator

Cons

- People who don’t live in the building gaining access/making noise - Cockroaches

Advice to the owners

At some point, update the apartment buzzers

It’s in a prime location

Cons

Noisy neighbors, trash left in halls, cockroach infestation, housefly issues every summer. Landlord/management company doesn’t return calls about concerns. Called 311 several times, each person sent out said it wasn’t their first time to this location. Taking management to court. Wish I never moved in!

Terrible job, do AT LEAST the bare minimum
