we had stable rent for 3 years neighbors can be friendly and helpful
-constantly had water shut off without warning for a whole day -Management loved to ignore me and pretend i wasnt on the lease and only email & correspond with my roommate -Also gave off-putting rude responses to regular requests for maintenance like saying “hey the hot waters gone?” & getting back “stop emailing us we know already” like ok i didnt??
