Do not rent here!

Pros

Not very noisy.

Cons

Very poorly managed by the Urban American management company. Lots of leaks and floodings from ceiling, very slow response. Usually only a patch-up job. Lots of rodent infestations in basement laundry area. Drove out quality super forcing him to work on multitudes of different buildings owned by same company not available for this one.

Advice to the owners

Stop being slumlords!
