The Apmts sizes are good, in prime location, easily accessible. They all have balconies so that’s a plus in the city.
The super is rude and it’s difficult getting hold of him when needed. The bldg mgmt is fine, not super approachable but do attend to all your complaints. Corridors aren’t cleaned regularly.
You have good properties. Focus a bit on customer service
