Close to public transportation, parks, and grocery stores. Friendly neighbors.

Cons

The landlord (TriHill, formerly New Holland Residences) is part of Sugar Hill Capital Partners. 2021 #1 Worst Landlord in NYC for good reason: doesn’t maintain buildings well, as if to encourage tenants to move out. Management is poor in responding to complaints, and not uncommon for apartment repairs to give rise to new problems. Super for the building seems stretched thin, doing work for multiple TriHill buildings around the neighborhood.
