Good for what we paid
Pros
Great location. Walkable to almost everything. The apartments living spaces are pretty big
Cons
Always smelled like Chinese food. The restaurant has a loud exhaust system which you can hear but our place always smelled like we had cooked the food ourselves. We also didn’t get our full security deposit back. That’s never happened to me because I leave my spaces spotless. Word of advise; do a walk though before you move out so he can tell you want needs to be done to get your deposit back.
Advice to the owners
Address the restaurant smell and the heat. It was very hot!
