It’s a super quiet apt. And the streets are quiet too

Clean and Responsive
Pros
An exterminator came every month on a Saturday, so you didn’t have to worry about missing them while you were at work. I saw maybe two bugs in the year I lived here despite being in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Landlord was quick to respond to both email and phone calls.
Cons
It was expensive for such a tiny apartment (2 bedroom), but that’s New York for you. There was some street noise, but not as much as you’d expect in that area. The street outside could have some dodgy characters, but again, that’s New York.
Advice to the owners
None - a good experience overall.
