My brother has a place to live.
Worse building when it comes to management system. My brother frequently has problems with the water, heat, elevator is repulsive with body fluid, etc, lobby door is alway jammed. He has a neighbor that is mentally sick in the head, scary person and the management doesn't do anything to remove her.
Cleanup your mess went it comes to all paying tenants.
