-Accessible to Murray Hill area -Very timely maintenance requests -Package room reliable -Large laundry room -Private terraces -Empire state building views -24 hour doorman

Cons

-Long walk to 6 Train -Intermittent issues with roaches know throughout all buildings -Doormen will not accept grocery deliveries -Outdated hallways/Lobbies
