Beautiful waterfront views, great park areas, secluded, fresh air,
living on top of FDR can be very loud
Apartments are huge, Management is very responsive. The neighborhood is safe.
Lobby gets crowded and messy with delivery packages.
Consider adding doormen for extra safety and organization.
