Great amenities, washer/dryer in unit, not too loud, good location.
Some neighbors got bed bugs
Rooms had big windows and were very quiet. Very close to the 1, 4, 5, R, and W lines of the MTA. Right across the street from Battery Park. Short walk to Whole Foods.
Building lobby and hallways sometimes have a slightly funny smell. AC broke for a day while I was there in the summer.
