    Great Building In the Middle of Everything

    Pros:
    Great Doormen and Building Staff
    Pool and gym are amazing
    Apartments have great views
    Cons:
    Neighborhood is very busy. Often open air/visible drug dealing at the corner of the street and bus stop.

    Cons:
    The location (right off the PABT) is just very seedy and undesirable frankly, relative to almost anywhere else in Manahttan
