Great Building In the Middle of Everything

Pros

Great Doormen and Building Staff Pool and gym are amazing Apartments have great views

Cons

Neighborhood is very busy. Often open air/visible drug dealing at the corner of the street and bus stop.

The location (right off the PABT) is just very seedy and undesirable frankly, relative to almost anywhere else in Manahttan
