Best Duplex in the East Village

Pros

Clean, washer dryer in the building, great location.

Cons

Noisy rude neighbors, management wasn’t very good at fixing things when we needed it like our toilet or a leak coming from the skylight.

Spiral staircase, sunlight, outdoor space on top floor apartment, landlord makes improvements

Cons

Far from public transit, sketchy block, loud, very high rent compared to the rest of the neighborhood
