Started bad, under new management
Pros
Size of apartment/general fixtures in apartment. Proximity to multiple subway lines.
Cons
Packages stolen frequently, mice in walls

Nice New Building
Pros
Building is a (relatively) new build and in a nice area
Cons
Should remodel the gym and laundry room in the basement as they are almost always flooded. Superintendent is super unresponsive, and always acts like he is doing you a favor. Recently groups of kids and teens have been hanging out in the lobby trying to get into the back courtyard to hangout and smoke. Owners are aware but doing nothing about it unfortunately.
Advice to the owners
Get a new superintendent and get locks for the front lobby to keep non-tenants outs
