The neighborhood was in close proximity to a couple supermarkets
Distance from public transportation, there is a homeless shelter on the corner, really loud house shaking music going from 12 to 8-9 pm on a daily basis literally right in the backyard.
Reduce your rates a little there are a lot of discrepancies that do not warrant a 1100 monthly rent
