- Great location, everything needed nearby - Close to transportation

- 5 floor walk up - Pest issues in some apartments - Apartments have interesting shapes

Great place to live but..

Pros

When calling in for maintenance they are on top of that.The building is always clean

Cons

The only issue is that there are inconsiderate people that feel entitled to make a lot of noise by moving their furniture on a daily basis.
