It is a quiet building. Close to transportation and stores. Nice quiet area. Reasonable rent.
Poor upkeep, repairs are subpar, has alot of water issues (leaking pipes, boiler overflowing), plumbing problems, pest control measures subpar, electrical systems poor needs to be upgraded, walls need to be better insulated/sealed.
Hire better quality vendors to do the upkeep on your property.
