Lots of amenities but too busy.
Pros
Good heat, big laundry room, parking if you pay for it, gym and pool.
Cons
The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors even when you don’t want too. Many tenants have soundproofed their walls to decrease noise level. Neighbors are not friendly. The building is too busy, too many people and things going on like renovations. Big turnover/ always people moving out and moving in. The super is not friendly and you will have to pay for everything including a clogged sink.
Advice to the owners
Maybe create activities for neighbors to get to know each other and encourage more friendly interactions among people since people are so cold there.

Cons
Average to thin walls and 8 foot ceilings make for more noise than in older thick buildings It’s a co-op so renters have an individual owner to deal with, and not understand what is the co-op vs direct landlord in terms of repairs and internal fixtures (like shower head pressure)
