WTH Disgusting People of James Monroe Houses?

It’s a roof over the head.

Cons

The people are seriously filthy. They choose to live like animals and it’s really sad & pathetic.

Advice to the owners

Drain the swamp. Get rid of these animalistic people & fix the place up to turn it co-op like they did with Rosedale Gardens.
