Loud street with businesses shutting down nearby + high rent

Pros

Nice building, clean, and responsive mgmt.

Cons

Very loud, difficult to sleep, and the street is dead with businesses shutting down all the way towards Barclays Center. Lots of "for rent signs" and not much to do. There are better areas for the price
