Old and quirky but a great value!

Pros

Lots of space for the price, quick to respond landlords, really close to subway.

Cons

Highway noise, no deliveries, strange layout, very old, could only support one AC unit.

Advice to the owners

Update kitchen and electric, install buzzers, easier/automated rent system.

Great apartment and friendly owners. Super efficient at taking care of any issues! Building was maintained impeccably especially for NY.
