Great location, reasonable rent for a 2br, and lots of space!
Landlord ignores communications regarding maintenance regularly, and when he DOES send people it’s without notice. Didn’t turn on heat until mid-November, and even then it barely worked. Took forever to get an exterminator to deal with the roaches that popped up during the summer.
