Renters approve of the building's owners
Landlord was incredibly responsive to issues — our sink was leaking and he came over and fixed it within 24 hours. Building is impeccably clean & garbage is well-managed. Neighbors are kind and respectful. Rent was very reasonable for the space/neighborhood.
Noise was an issue being so close to the BQE— you could hear engines revving. Additionally, we could hear music from the neighbors, but that was not a consistent issue.
