Eh, I regret moving here despite how nice it looks

Pros

Balconies are nice Roof access Modern interior Fitness room Pet friendly

Cons

Management is not responsive, unsure if I will get my deposit back due to their lack of responsiveness (I have yet to move out) Several minor repairs I've reported Front doors gets stuck every few months, getting delivery people trapped in the airlock until someone lets them out For a building built in 2017 it has a lot of crooked doorways and windows Moldy AC units Noise from fire station a few blocks away
