Pros

New building, close to the subway with easy transfer to express train. Grocery and Pharmacy nearby.

Cons

Management was not communicative or responsive to solving issues. Tried to ignore issues until we stopped following up. We were promised a gym, lounge area, rooftop furniture prior to signing lease that wasn’t ever delivered. Wouldn’t share footage from cameras package area when theft was a big problem. The area is less than ideal in terms of safety and live-ability (food options, stores, etc) and the subway station is frequently undergoing maintenance that delays getting home.
