Great super, ok management
Pros
Brand new Lovely amenities for a building this size Great super who is very responsive Easy to let people in and out via phone Good noise control through walls
Cons
Management is very wishy washy in their responses (i.e. "will look into it" then doesn't always look into it) Have to proactively bring things up with them (including in the past, lease renewal) They have improved over time but at the start were very hard to deal with when building was brand new
