Location location location!
Pros
This building is in the center of everything and close to all train lines and the LIRR. The building is small, well maintained and everyone who lives here is respectful and kind.
Cons
The landlord did raise my rent $400 which was a pretty big boost but to be fair, the place was pretty far under market when we moved in. We also do not have a working door buzzer but I don't know many buildings that have working buzzers!
Advice to the owners
Maybe clean the common areas a bit more regularly and fix the door buzzer if possible!
